RA-DA a small boutique design firm working on architecture and interior design projects. We do mostly commercial work with some residential. Our work is modern and progressive. We’ve won numerous high profile awards including an AIA National Honors Award and Interior Design’s Best of Year.
The focus of the practice is design. Everyone is accountable and engaged.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for someone who is looking for a challenge, wants to grow and is looking for a place where they can reach their potential. Here you will experience all aspects of a project. Under the direct guidance of the principal, you will be trained into a position where you can be in charge of your own projects. You’ll need the skills to design, draw, put together a set of documents, research solutions and materials, understand (or learn to understand ) building and zoning code, manage the schedule, and communicate with consultants and sometimes with clients. It’s important that you want to learn, have a strong work ethic, are willing to take on things you haven’t done before.
We prefer employees to be Hybrid: Part of the time here in the office and part of the time working remotely. Work hours are 9-6 pm pacific time.
EXPERIENCE: 1 – 3 years
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B-Arch) or Master’s of Architecture (M-Arch)
SKILLS: REVIT skills. Good Communicator. Can prepare a set of CD documents. Can work with consultants. Can manage a schedule. Has high standards and good work ethic. Wants a challenge. Has a good sense of design. Follows through on tasks. Organized. Bright!
