Junior designer
We are looking for a young and talented industrial designer, product designer, or architect with a passion for creating innovative urban furnishings. The ideal candidate will have the ability to design furnishings that not only meet functional needs but also offer new opportunities for the use of urban space. The main objective is to define the use and habits of public space through design and imagining creative and sustainable solutions. The candidate will work closely with the team to develop and implement new designs, with a maximum trial period of 6 months. In case of mutual interest, long-term collaboration proposals are envisaged.
Essential skills:
- experience in the design of urban furnishings or similar products
- ability to conceive and communicate design concepts clearly and convincingly
- knowledge of trends in urban design and sustainability
- ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- proficiency in basic architectural representation
- proficiency in executive technical drawing
- 3D modeling
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- photorealistic rendering and photo insertions
Preferred skills:
- Adobe InDesign
- familiarity with Arduino
- knowledge of renewable energy systems
Required commitment options
You can apply for either a full-time or part-time internship – full-time: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm and part-time: two to three days a week or half days.
