Summary
Design Professional II Non-licensed architecture professional having completed a minimum of six years of architecture related experience. Fully competent in all aspects of architecture. Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client’s needs. Provides professional architectural consultation on large complex projects. Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs. Executes complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.

As a salaried, exempt employee, you will also be eligible for the NAC quarterly bonus plan which is based on company financials and personal performance.
Salary Range: $83,550 to $95,550 depending on experience
