New & existing residential design for private clients in Los Angeles/ Santa Monica, California and Aspen/ Snowmass (Roaring Fork Valley), Colorado. We are searching for an Architecture graduate to add to our team. A person with drive and dedication, someone with attention to detail, resourceful, with excellent time management skills, and the desire to execute and complete tasks, accurately.
Project Types: Single Family Residence, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs),
Duplex, New Construction, Additions & Alterations, Remodels, Renovation/ Historical (HPOZ – G. Ain- Mar Vista Tract.), Custom Cabinetry/ Built-ins, Furniture, Mill-work, Custom Architectural Components (Bronze).
Built Project locations: Venice,CA, Santa Monica, CA, Los Angeles, CA, and Aspen/ Snowmass, CO.
Current Projects (Plan Check/ Permits): (E) Duplex 2ND Story Addition (Venice, Mar Vista). (N) 2-Story SFR (Beverly Hills, Mulholland ) On the Boards: ADU (CLT Construction)
Position: All aspects from Pre-design Phase, through Construction Administration. Specific Plan & Plan Check submittal with City of Los Angeles/ City of Santa Monica, including Arch. Set Plans for City Permitting, Shop Drawings, Cosultant(s) Coordination (i.e,T-24).
Office Hours: 9AM-5PM
Project time frames are approximate and vary from 6 to 18 months from Pre-Design to Plan Check Ready Plans. Project presentations and Virtual Reality (VR) immersion.
Employee Requirements: AutoCAD & Autodesk Revit 2023 (Min.), Adobe Creative Cloud. Recommended
Experience: Agency coordination/ Consultants, Department of Building & Safety, Permits, Construction Documents, VR Immersion.
Payment method: Payroll Bi-weekly
Pay Rate: $30.00/Hr.
