Alloy DevelopmentAlloy Development is currently seeking a Design Associate with 6+ years of experience in design, document production, communication, and visualization skills for a large-scale mixed-use project in Brooklyn. Associate will be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the project requirements. Associate will provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of a large complex project. The applicant must be task/goal oriented and capable of operating within a larger team to achieve time sensitive tasks on a daily basis. This employee will participate with the directors of the company daily.
Skill and Experience
- 6+ years professional experience
- Rhino experience is required
- Revit experience is required
- Adobe Creative Suite is required
- Strong technical knowledge and design sensibility.
- Experience with large-scale mixed-use project is preferred
- Previous construction phase experience is required
Salary Range
- $72,000-$98,000 per year
