Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings and documentation
- Conduct on-site visits to assess and evaluate site conditions and constraints for upcoming projects
- Identify the required types of materials/products and perform precise quantity calculations for procurement process
- Scrutinize and facilitate the coordination of permit and bidding sets
- Skillfully prepare construction bidding packages
- Process project-related payments, encompassing outsourced professional services and general contractors
- Compile and produce refrigeration and equipment packages with attention to detail
- Draft preliminary CAD drawings and millwork detail drawings
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of full-time experience in AEC industries
- Eligibility for legal employment in the US
- Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools
- Ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction
- Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
