Business Development Coordinator

HUTS is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our end-to-end services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify existing leads
  • Identify new leads through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their requirements
  • Schedule and conduct presentations to educate clients on HUTS’s end-to-end services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM
  • Generate customized Scope of Work Agreements, tailored to each prospective client’s service needs
  • Collaborate with Design Studio and Project Management team to ensure a seamless transition of new business opportunities
  • Nurture and develop client relationships with existing clients to increase client retention


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and on-board business opportunities
  • Strong communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM tools
