We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced BIM Lead/Coordinator to join our award-winning New York City based firm. Responsibilities:

Working on large scale Revit project with multiple members.
Executing Revit production work, from creating custom families, modeling and sheet creation.
Answering day to day Revit questions.
Managing Autodesk Construction Cloud hub for project.
Publishing and Sharing Revit models on a weekly basis.
Responsible for linking and updating models on a weekly basis.
Trouble shooting conflicts and answering questions for team on a daily basis.
Working with Design Technology Director to make sure workflows and FF protocols are being followed.
Coordinate Revit models using Revit with outside consultants.
Manage model health on weekly basis.

Requirements:

4-6 years relevant post-graduate US architectural practice with experience
Professional architectural degree or master’s degree from an accredited institution
Must have knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360
Must have extensive knowledge of Revit and Workshare Models
Experience modeling Interiors in Revit and creating custom Revit families
Must have experience, and be comfortable, working on large teams and can answer Revit questions
