About the Practice:
Join an esteemed, employee-owned trust practice based in London, specializing in high-end residential developments. Our client’s portfolio includes small mews properties, exclusive apartments/penthouses, and larger apartment buildings and mixed-use schemes, with project values ranging from £1m to £40m.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator who will be integral in project coordination and support BIM management and troubleshooting within the design teams. This role is ideal for an Architect or Architectural Technologist passionate about high-quality design and skilled in Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design teams for effective project coordination.
  • Support senior team in BIM management and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO19650:2018 standards.
  • Contribute to architectural or technologist work as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BIM, with a focus on architecture or technology.
  • Excellent skills in Revit.
  • Good knowledge of BIM protocols and standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, approachable, and a collaborative team player.
