Are you an Associate or Snr. Associate Landscape Architect with aspirations to climb the leadership ladder of a nationally recognised practice? This well established yet young and energetic Landscape Architecture Practice is seeking a confident Senior Associate to join their team. You will be a design focused, experienced Landscape Architect with excellent business relations/ development and client liaison skills. A proven track record in designing and delivering high-quality public realm and city-shaping projects. Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from concept design to delivery
Ensure design excellence is upheld from senior to student level
Provide support and mentorship to emerging LA’s
Orchestrate submissions, bids and bring in new business
Manage programming, budgets and deadlines

Skills and experience:

A degree in Landscape Architecture and ideally registration as a Landscape Architect (AILA)
Proven experience covering all areas of design and delivery
Track record of winning/ bringing in work and maintaining relationships
A thorough understanding of Australian building codes and standards
Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage client expectations
Experience in managing and mentoring a team with advanced interpersonal skills
High level of design, graphic, verbal and written communication skills
