I’m pleased to be supporting an award-winning practice based out of 2 Northern studio locations, who now due to continued succession, are looking for an Associate to join their team. This practice work on a wide variety of projects across the Logistics, Retail, Commercial and Residential sectors and are Revit/ BIM users.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Architect or Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist who is already working at Associate level or looking to make the next step in their career. To succeed in this role, you should have substantial UK based experience working on similar projects to those listed above and have extensive experience leading design teams and leading client meetings.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Associate:
- ARB registered or a member of CIAT- or working towards chartership.
- Substantial UK based experience working in a senior level role.
- Highly motivated and methodical with job running experience.
- Ideally previous experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Previous experience in the design and delivery of large and challenging projects.
- Communicate and coordinate both you design team and clients.
- Comfortable stepping into a Senior level role, with the responsibility of leading a team.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Able to lead your team in completing tasks to a high standard within the given time frame.
- Ideally good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
- Drivers license and your own mode of transport.
- Relevant project experience to those listed above.
