We are seeking an Architectural Visualization Designer with a passion for both interior design and architecture to support CTK’s design teams by producing high-quality, photorealistic renderings, 3D models, and detailed visual content for project presentations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute creatively to project storytelling, working closely with designers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop photorealistic renderings for use in client presentations and project proposals.
Collaborate with Architectural and Interiors Teams to refine and develop design.
Maintain high standards of aesthetic and technical quality across all visual content.

Requirements:

Passion for interior design and architecture: A strong appreciation for both is essential.
3-5 years of experience in architectural visualization, ideally with an architecture or design firm.
Software skills: Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office – must be proficient.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Candidates should have a keen eye and appreciation for both traditional and modern architecture.
A portfolio showcasing advanced visualization skills.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork.
