Job purpose:
You will be an experienced architectural technologist/technician with proven Revit proficiency.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our interiors studios working for one of two of London’s most prestigious projects, with key responsibilities and full exposure to all aspects of the project. Driven

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- required to work closely within a close-knit project team and expected to positively contribute and communicate
- assisting the project director with design documentation ensuring designs are building regulation-compliant
- primarily working in stages 3 and 4 producing documentation for tender and construction
- technical package drawing delivery including partitions, joinery and architectural metalwork required
- updating and managing the Revit model regularly
- coordination of consultant services drawings and models
- minute taking and site reports
- site visits to inspect the progress of the works
- eventually liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors
- presence on site to monitor live projects and work with contractor teams to resolve queries
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- qualified architectural technologist or technician
- solid post qualification industry experience (graduates with strong portfolios considered)
- experience of working on large-scale commercial projects desirable
- demonstratable experience of all stages of a project with a particular focus on RIBA stages 3-5
- experience in managing a complex Revit model and coordinating with other consultants
- fully proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- good working knowledge of other software, e.g. Word, Excel, Enscape
- experience in NBS Software, InDesign, Photoshop and SketchUp desirable
