An Architectural Technologist job is available, joining an award-winning practice with offices in Manchester and Liverpool. Working on projects predominantly across the Northwest in residential, social housing, and care sectors.
My client is a medium-sized practice of around 20. This practice encourages the professional development of all their staff and would be able to offer mentorship for career progression. This expansion is due to a variety of new projects and natural growth with the expansion of teams at all levels expected throughout 2024.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work through Technical stages
- Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications using Revit
- Liaise with clients and answer queries as they come up
- Produce detailed technical construction information on the project
- Reporting to Directors and Senior team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Relevant Architectural degree / HND or HNC
- 3+ years’ experience PQE
- CIAT is desirable
- Previous experience delivering Large-scale residential, Care, and/ or social housing projects is desirable
- Proficient Revit and AutoCAD.
