The firm is seeking a talented and skilled candidate to join our successful team and work under the supervision of a Project Manager and Principal/Associate-in-Charge.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all phases of new construction and rehabilitation projects, including production of schematic, design development and working drawings under the leadership of a Project Manager.
- Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity.
- Prepare presentations for government agencies’ filings and client meetings.
- Research materials and specifications for assigned project types.
- Maintain BIM model integrity and apply office standards.
Qualifications:
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- 2 to 5 years of experience in preparing architectural drawings and construction documents
- Proficient in Revit
- Excellent digital presentation skills and design sense
- Interest in multi-family residential development, affordable housing and sustainable community development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
