We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our growing and fast-paced team, with a specialization in Affordable Housing Rehabilitations. We pride ourselves in the large portion of work that is dedicated to improving low-income units for families, veterans, seniors, homeless and other special-needs populations. This Project Manager position will be focused on administering these projects and we are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience in publicly-funded housing. Experience should include compliance with FHA, CBC 11B, HUD and ADA, as well as Construction Administration in rehabs.

Project Managers in our firm are responsible for the successful management of multiple architecture projects at a time. Project Managers oversee all aspects, including financial, architectural, interpersonal and administrative. They are the construction site representative and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project. They are required to have technical and QA/QC experience while managing multiple projects simultaneously from design to close-out.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 5-10+ years of experience
  • Software Experience to include AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite at a minimum
  • ArchiCAD and Ajera experience is preferred
  • Thorough organization skills
  • Financial acuity / basic project accounting experience
  • Good design sensibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent drawing coordination and documentation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of codes, specs, engineering systems and construction methods
  • Resourceful and efficient
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and develop solutions
