HUTS is looking for Revit experts with demonstrated skills in modeling, drafting, and construction documentation.

Description:

  • Provide direct project support to Senior Designers and Project Coordinators on HUTS Standards projects.
  • Take on projects to improve internal Revit / BIM processes for HUTS Standards projects.
  • Utilize Revit to manage project models, produce Schematic Design drawings, produce Enscape 3D walkthroughs and visualizations, and final Construction Drawing sets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in architecture or drafting with 2-5 years of work experience developing construction documents.
  • Knowledge of residential design, building codes, and construction.
  • Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Systems.
  • Interest in digital modeling and visualization for schematic design and construction documentation.
  • Interested in building technology, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
  • Highly skilled in Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud. Provide work samples.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Collaborative mindset; sense of humor and curiosity.
