Architectural Draftsmen/3D Modeler/Renderer

Temporary (+/- 6 months) project-based full-time Architect or Architectural Designer to assist in preparing documentation and execution of complex high-end residential renovation in NYC.

Work can be performed in person, remote, or hybrid, although studio and site visits will be required in NYC.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture
  • 3-6 years relevant experience
  • Self-motivated, organized
  • Design Sensibility, Interest in Architecture a must
  • Communication skills – oral and written
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD / Sketchup / 3D Max
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA
