Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Assist in designing and managing projects from concept to completion
- Draft conceptual/schematic CAD drawings and detail drawings
- Analyze and monitor all project documents, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance of project documents with relevant codes and regulations and construction standards
- Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan and schedule
- Assist in facilitating communication among various teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Compile and produce design packages, including refrigeration and equipment, with attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with the in-house interior design team and outsourced architect/engineer teamsAssist in developing prototypes with standardized layouts and construction systems/details
- Maintain records of all project activities, including engineering reports, contracts, correspondence, meeting minutes, and payment reports
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of full-time experience in AEC industries
- Eligibility for legal employment in the US
- Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools, e.g. Procore
- Ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction
- Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
