PARADE STAFFINGOur client is seeking two Architects with 8-15 years professional experience to lead and contribute and lead a variety of international hospitality and entertainment projects. At this renowned firm, you will join a highly creative, collaborative team dedicated to executing projects with rigorous attention to detail and the balance of thoughtful sophistication.
The position involves contributing from conceptual design through DD on various project; hotel, f&b, entertainment and cultural work. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a strong ability in the following:
• Ability to manage projects, collaborate with consultants and lead project teams. • Strong graphics and visual presentation skills. • Construction Documentation (including design details). • Fluency in AutoCad, Rhino and Adobe CS, Revit is a plus • Working experience in 3D modeling.
Ideal candidates should be organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take on a variety of tasks. Strong verbal and written communications skills, time management and the ability to multi-task will be required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with salary in the $100-140k, depending on experience with full beneftis, bonus potential and a hybrid work schedule at their NYC office.
