As an Architectural Designer and/or Interior Designer your technical documentation skills will ensure that design intent is accurately incorporated into construction documents and specifications. Strong attention to detail skills will be required to participate in construction administration, bid evaluation, site visits and project schedule control during design and construction.
Applicant must further exhibit passion, creativity and ability to learn and work as a team to develop and implement forward thinking design solutions to technical issues.
Knowledge of building codes, jurisdictional processes, building materials and construction methods must accompany 2 to 5 years of Architectural/Interior Design Experience and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design.
Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required. Revit is a plus.
