We are looking for a talented designer who is open-minded and value collective growth, and who is passionate about building meaningful design as well as mindful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and generate design concepts
- 3D computer modeling (Rhino)
- Prepare and complete construction document packages (Revit)
- Submit permits at planning and building departments
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Prepare RFQ and marketing materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies with strong design sensibility
- 5–10 years of professional experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
- Proficiency in Rhino modeling
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong portfolio that includes both built work and construction documents
