Studio BensonStudio Benson is an award winning, LA based firm working in high-end residential and commercial architecture and interiors.
We are looking for a highly motivated architectural designer who is willing to take on responsibility and grow with our office. Designer will be involved in all phases of design and construction on multiple projects.
Candidates should have/be the following:
- An architecture degree
- 5-7 years of experience in an Architecture/Interior Design firm.
- Proficient skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino and rendering (Enscape preferred)
- Experience producing Design Development and Construction Documents sets for highly detailed residential and commercial projects.
- Experience producing Schematic Design presentations.
- Experience with FF&E and high-end furnishings and building materials.
- Strong, detail-oriented graphic and organizational skills, the ability to be self-directed and resourceful, and interested in handling client and contractor interactions.
- Los Angeles based – this is an in-office job (West Adams).
- Legal authorization to work in the US as well as fluency in written and spoken English.
- Reliable transportation to/from office and local project sites.
Salary commensurate with experience.
