Job Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced architectural designer with 3-5 years of professional work experience. The ideal candidate should hold a professional degree in architecture and possess high level design skills, as evidenced by conceptual models, schematic programming, and material palette development. The ability to deliver high-quality presentation materials, including physical models, drawings, diagrams, and renderings, within a fast-paced project schedule is essential.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving and organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a team setting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and G-suit is required, and fluency in English is mandatory. A confident, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and hands-on attitude, along with positive references, are also necessary.

Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural practice and construction, as well as experience in project scheduling / budgeting, design development, construction detailing, and construction administration. Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, other architects, consultants, and contractors are also necessary. This position also requires knowledge of building codes, standards, and coastal regulations, and permit processing with different government agencies.
