Vacancies are as follows: –
- Experienced French speaking project architect
- Senior interior architect
- Senior technician / technologist
Some criteria are set below, although we are waiting on updated details from the employer.
- Primary focus of projects in prime central London and some overseas projects
- All RIBA stages
- Working with a family unit team
- Excellent communication skills
- Producing tender and construction packages, drawings schedules and specifications
- Liaising with consultants and clients, coordinating the input from multiple teams
- Attending site meetings
- Measured surveys and site inspections
- Knowledge of working across all RIBA stages
- Excellent technical skills and construction knowledge
- UK site experience, knowledge of UK planning, building and CDM regulations
- AutoCAD excellence
- Team player and works well autonomously
