Carlile ArchitectsOverview:
Carlile Group has an immediate need for a full-time Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with our design and production staff ensuring that our architectural deliverables meet our clients’ established goals, achieve holistic intelligent design solutions, and meet our firm’s financial expectations.
Wage range is approximated between $95,000 – $115,000. Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K retirement plan with employer contribution, performance bonus compensation, paid vacation, and personal time.
What will you do?
- Work directly with management to institute workflow processes and staff resources to provide efficient delivery of project solutions.
- Evaluate deliverables to ensure accuracy, coordination, and alignment with established project goals.
- Manage and oversee consultant agreements, consultant coordination, and integration of cohesive client deliverables.
- Mentor and provide guidance to architectural staff resulting in professional growth, expertise refinement, and continued development of staff attributes lending to greater individual responsibility.
- Review project budgets, allocated resources, and costs to strive towards profitability goals.
- Oversee and direct architectural accounts billable and payable.
- Provide technical support in the creation of drawings, specifications, and other deliverables as needed while maximizing staff utilization rates.
Education and Experience:
Candidate should be an NCARB certified and State of Illinois licensed Architect with a minimum of 3 years demonstrable Project Management experience leading project teams from inception through close-out with direct working experience with clients. Candidate will be responsible for client relations, consultant coordination, and managing project budgets and schedules. Team task delegation as well as monitoring billables and project accounting.
Candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, be self-driven and facilitate excellence in our services to our clients.
Our ideal team member will be capable of engaging with our junior staff, mentoring and training their professional development, and coordinating our team from Project Architects to Interns in the preparation of deliverables.
