We are a small firm with a wide variety of small to medium size projects that are a mix of commercial, residential, restaurants, and Alt Type 1 changes of use.

We are looking for a freelance architect who has experience in construction, putting together full CD sets, and who is knowledgeable of the NYC codes and zoning.
(If you have never worked in New York City or have not done a NYC code or zoning analysis, please don’t apply for this position).
This freelance work can be done remotely. You must have your own AutoCAD software, be familiar with using Xrefs and be flexible to work with our office standards for assembling the CDs.
There is also the opportunity for transitioning into the office full time as the office gets busier. Our office is located on Union Square in New York City.
Candidate must be proficient in the latest version of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
