We are seeking an Architect/Designer for Studio 1 which specializes in housing. Applicants must be strong designers with experience in multi-family residential work.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
- 5 years minimum professional experience
- Architectural Registration preferred
- Experience working with NYC residential projects, specifically affordable housing
- Strong graphic skills, and an interest in design studies, digital modeling, research, and creative problem-solving
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, including knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3d Studio Max, Enscape, and/or Rhino
- Authorization to work in the US and English fluency

Compensation
At Dattner Architects, you’ll find a workplace that nurtures your growth and celebrates your achievements.
Salary $70,000 -$95,000 commensurate with experience and skill level. Salaries are reviewed annually.

Our flex policy includes a WFH day each week as well as two additional WFH weeks each year.
