The practice works across architecture, interiors, research and urban strategies. The role spans design, technical development, coordination and construction delivery on projects of different scales.
Responsibilities
- Contribute from early design through construction administration.
- Develop and coordinate architectural design, drawings and technical documentation with the project team.
- Apply knowledge of building systems, materials, codes, detailing, permitting and regulatory requirements.
- Take responsibility for assigned project components and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and colleagues.
- As experience allows, lead smaller projects or significant portions of larger projects and support less experienced staff.
Requirements
A professional architecture degree, at least three years of relevant architectural experience and Revit proficiency are required. Applicants should be licensed architects or actively pursuing licensure. Sustainable design knowledge or LEED/WELL credentials and professional or civic participation are preferred.
