PARADE STAFFINGOur client is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design studio specializing in high-end residential and hospitality projects. Currently, they are seeking a talented and self-motivated candidate for a key Architectural position. We are looking for someone skilled and savvy who is eager to become involved in all phases of the design process with strong technical skills.
Requirements:
At least 5-8 years of experience, predominantly in high end residential design
Bachelor of Architecture degree at minimum
Experience with New Constructions as well as interior architecture
Excellent AutoCAD drafting and 3D rendering skills (Sketch-up required, Revit and others a plus)
Proficiency with graphics software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of construction documentation, site supervision, and client contact. The ideal candidate will be able to put together a good set of drawings with minimal to no supervision.
Knowledge of National and Regional Building Code and submittals process
Strong communication skills
Proven team leadership ability with both internal design teams, as well as outside consultants
