Joe Serrins Studio is an architecture and design firm based in NYC with a focus on modern residential projects. Current commissions include a cultural facility in Manhattan as well as townhouses, penthouses, and new homes in NY, Miami, Santa Barbara, and abroad. We are a small firm, 4-8 people, casual atmosphere, and typically a 40 hour work week.  We are serious about our work, and we work collaboratively to make innovative, beautiful spaces for our clients.

Applicant requirements include:

  • legally able to work in the US, and currently working / living in the NYC metro area
  • 5 years minimum architecture / interior architecture experience
  • ability to draw a full set of construction documents in AutoCAD
  • skilled in SketchUp, photoshop, and other rendering softwares
  • in-depth experience with NYC DoB code and residential construction
  • experience coordinating and communicating with contractors and consultants
  • You are organized and thorough, with an ability to handle multiple projects at various stages of development and construction.
  • You are a skilled designer with a sensitivity for modern residential detailing and passion for your work.
