Theja Infracon Pvt LtdWe are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of Architect/ Interior Designer. The key responsibilities is to collaborate with the clients to visualize and develop purposeful design concepts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• In-Depth understanding of client’s vision for their home.
• Think through various concept plans to meet requirements and fulfilment of purposeful designs.
• Translate the concepts in 2D, 3D Sketches, rendering views and presenting it to the client.
• Communicate effectively and consultatively with clients on design and costs impact.
• Preparation of Technical Drawings/ Good for Construction Drawings.
• Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
• To visit sites and ensure that the work is being done as per drawings.
• Maintain up datedness on new software’s and skills.
• Co-ordinate between verticals in regards to project related information and project progress updates.
• Responsible for continuous monitoring and updating of the Key Inputs of the Project on a regular basis and preparation of monthly, weekly and daily task schedule / tracker and variance reports on all of the Key Inputs and follow up with the corresponding internal stakeholders on reasons for variance in their respective activities / deliverables.
• Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant
