The successful candidate will:
- have at least three years’ experience post Part 3 qualification, and demonstrable experience in London and the UK
- construction experience – RIBA Stage 5 and 6
- have the ability to visualise, illustrate and present ideas clearly
- have excellent written and communication skills
- be fluent in spoken and written English
- be confident in both client-facing and internal presentations
- have the ability to lead a team
- MicroStation and Revit experience would be advantageous
All applicants will be required to meet the following requirements:
- a recognised Part 3 qualification
- relevant experience working in an architectural practice in the UK
- experience of commercial fit-out or healthcare work would be advantageous
- MicroStation experience would be advantageous
- the right to work in the UK
