Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Project Manager located in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will lead multiple projects of varying size and complexity, and be responsible for design and documentation, maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. They will also be responsible for developing project schedules, budgets, and managing project resources in accordance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Master’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an architecture or interior design office.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, cost estimating, and resource management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative and Microsoft Suites etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality work and attention to detail.
  • Experience with hospitality and residential projects and interiors is required.
  • Licenses and certifications: NCARB, AIA, PMP, or LEED preferred, but not required.
