We are looking for a visualiser to be part of our team who will be crucial in bringing our interiors and product designs to life through visual representations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality renderings for various purposes including internal design reviews and client presentations.
Job description:
- work closely with our design team, grasping project requirements and goals
- utilize your expertise in Rhino and SketchUp to craft precise 3D models of architectural and interior designs
- employ industry-standard rendering tools like V-Ray and Blender or other 3D software to create stunning CGI visuals
- ensure that all renderings meet project specifications, timelines and quality benchmarks
- actively contribute to refining our rendering processes for optimal results
Necessary skills:
- proven proficiency in Rhino for 3D modelling
- ability to translate 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models seamlessly
- strong rendering skills with industry-standard software and modelling skills
- meticulous attention to detail, delivering photo-realistic CGI renderings consistently
- excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams
- a passion for design and a knack for crafting visually captivating architectural visuals
- able to create photo montages
- proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite preferable
Preferred qualifications:
- minimum of five years of experience
- an architecture or design degree or equivalent
- previous experience in architecture or design-related roles within luxury residential or hospitality
- knowledge and understanding of luxury design and detailing
- familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud for post-production techniques
- a portfolio showcasing your CGI rendering, 3D modelling and hand-sketching talents
