Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resources
  • Manage schedules
  • Work to a budget and timeline
  • Manage client expectations
  • Estimating
  • Overseeing design and contract documents from schematics through construction documents
  • Complete a set of drawings to 100%
  • QA/QC
  • Additional architectural admin work as required
  • Knowledge of and ability to navigate Microsoft office products
  • Knowledge of and ability to navigate Revit and AutoCAD software’s
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to get to and from sites reliably
  • Develop scope and technical specifications
  • Coordinate plans and budgets
  • Managing consultants
  • Coordinate consultant documents
  • Supervise staff
  • Delegate tasks

Knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, or a Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 15 Years of experience in architecture and/or interior design
  • Demonstrates unique expertise/subject matter expert (i.e., QAQC, sustainability, constructability, etc.)
  • Registered Architect
