Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate resources
- Manage schedules
- Work to a budget and timeline
- Manage client expectations
- Estimating
- Overseeing design and contract documents from schematics through construction documents
- Complete a set of drawings to 100%
- QA/QC
- Additional architectural admin work as required
- Knowledge of and ability to navigate Microsoft office products
- Knowledge of and ability to navigate Revit and AutoCAD software’s
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Extensive knowledge of building codes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to get to and from sites reliably
- Develop scope and technical specifications
- Coordinate plans and budgets
- Managing consultants
- Coordinate consultant documents
- Supervise staff
- Delegate tasks
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, or a Master’s degree in Architecture
- 15 Years of experience in architecture and/or interior design
- Demonstrates unique expertise/subject matter expert (i.e., QAQC, sustainability, constructability, etc.)
- Registered Architect
