A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced FF&E designer with a keen eye for luxury to join a well-established architectural and interiors practice in the high-end residential and hospitality sector. Their London office is modern and centrally located in vibrant north London. They seek to create holistic and imaginative design, with the architecture and interior teams delivering beautiful creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with design teams to provide FFE on residential and hospitality projects.
Develop and manage the FFE elements of the projects using your creative skills, previous project experience and site knowledge.
Develop spatial planning for fixtures and bespoke detailing.
High attention to detail and knowledgeable on materials products and suppliers.

Skills and Experience

Experience within the high-end residential or hospitality sector within any relevant institution or architecture practice.
Communicate design confidently with hand sketches, SketchUp and Adobe.
Proficient with EstiPC or similar
Working knowledge of Revit is advantageous.
Strong communication skills are essential liaising between conceptual team, project managers design teams and clients.
