We’re looking for a talented architect with 10+ years of experience who shares our passion for low-energy, high-impact design. About the Position:
- In person work model, with ability to work from home when needed, and a flexible schedule.
- Deadline-driven, carefully managed as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination of all project efforts to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
- Provide oversight and monitoring of work of less experienced project managers. May act in a team leader capacity in the absence of the manager.
- Coordinate, develop, and refine in-process designs
- Pick up redlines on plans, sections, elevations, wall sections, etc.
- Participate in design discussions and charrettes
- Create model options based on verbal communications
- Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; budget and schedule; project communications and documentation.
- Collaborate with various team members in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- M.A. preferred
- Architect License
- 10+ years of architecture experience preferred
- Proficient in Archicad
- Passion for sustainability
- Knowledge of construction management and other hands-on experience a plus
- Ability to multi-task and shift gears quickly
- Fast learner, problem solver, curious, inventive, motivated, and self-driven

Salary: $85,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
