Project Managers manage and lead the successful delivery of multiple projects while interacting with clients, monitoring project budgets and schedules, directing the project team and providing leadership and guidance to junior team members. Project Managers also write proposals for new projects, collect consultant proposals, and further monitor new opportunities with the assistance of their Studio Manager.
– Architectural Degree preferred
– 5+ years of experience in the project manager role working on healthcare architecture projects
– OSHPD I and OSHPD III knowledge and experience required
– AutoCAD and/or Revit knowledge required
– License and LEED accreditation a plus
