We do residential, commercial, interesting installations, interactive projects, and residential development too. We love technology and innovation, so we appreciate inventors — people who solve problems creatively and passionately. We are dedicated to sustainable design, building to passive house standards.
We are seeking an architectural designer with 1-4 years experience starting in early January 2024. You are a strong designer, confident, curious, motivated, with an appreciation for innovation. You think about how to improve the spaces we live and work in. You investigate building technology. You embrace responsibility. You are passionate about environmental sustainability. You are confident with digital tools. Skill with web development, AI, media installations, and digital media production is a plus, although most projects are built architecture.
We have several projects in various phases. We recently finished the first mass-timber condominium building in NYC. We are currently designing a CLT house.
You will learn a lot. You will manage projects. We are working in our airy loft studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
