Position Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced Intermediate Architect to join our team on a fully remote, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, proficiency in Revit and Rhino, and a proven track record in project management. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated architect to contribute to diverse and challenging projects while enjoying the flexibility of remote, part-time work.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement architectural plans
- Utilize Revit software for drafting and modeling
- Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in Revit and Rhino
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
