Sphere Entertainment is seeking a graphic designer to join its team in the UK.

Who are we hiring

The graphic designer (part-time) supports the development and construction (D&C) senior management team in producing proposals, presentations and board reports. The graphic designer also assists in the preparation of an internal playbook and in particular formatting and preparing templates, forms and pro forma documents for use in the management of future projects.

What will you do:

  • develop appealing presentations of relevant information for assigned projects
  • pull information from various sources, software applications and synthesise information into appealing presentations and documents
  • work collaboratively on the layout and formatting of internal playbook documents and templates to use for future projects
  • proofread and amend designs to ensure accuracy and consistency of message
  • ensuring brand guidelines are followed
  • perform other related duties as assigned

What do you need to succeed:

  • strong knowledge of relevant design software – PowerPoint and AutoCAD is essential
  • ability to create visually attractive documents
  • strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent grammar, writing and proofreading skills
  • excellent organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask to meet deadlines
  • exceptional attention to detail
  • knowledge of printing processes and file formats
  • creative flair for presenting information in a compelling way
  • previous experience or understanding of construction industry

Special requirements: 

  • remote position based in London with some travel to local office required
  • work schedule is flexible to accommodate either a set schedule three days per week or five days per week with shorter hours
  • occasional meetings may occur outside of traditional work hours – flexible availability is preferred
