Job Title:  Designer

Position Summary:

The Junior Designer will work under the guidance of senior staff, participating in all aspects of a project, including technical, business, design, and administrative components. They will be part of a collaborative team, they will work towards creating meaningful work tailored to each particular site and client.

Candidates should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications: 

  • Degree in architecture from an accredited university.
  • Pursuit of architectural license/NCIDQ a plus.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Exhibits good listening and comprehension.
  • Expresses ideas and thoughts in both written and verbal form.
  • Effectively uses a variety of appropriate tools to communicate appropriately such as sketching, memos, or leading a Zoom meeting.
  • Displays courtesy and sensitivity.
  • Manages difficult or emotional client situations.
  • Meets commitments.

At the time of this job posting, the range for this position is 60k-80k. Actual compensation depends on experience, market factors, and internal equity factors.
