Johnson Fain is looking for a Construction Adminstrator with production / design experience in the preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and construction document phases of a project, and have current working knowledge of applicable codes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinate workload through design development and construction document phase, complete documents on schedule, review architectural documents for conflicts with all disciplines, coordinate with design team during construction and with affected disciplines, incorporate agreed upon changes into the project documents.
•3-5 years relevant experience.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Advanced Knowledge of current versions of REVIT and AutoCAD.
•Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper and other parametirc software knowledge is desirable.
•Bachelor of Architecture is required.
•Licensed CA Architect or in-progress licensure is desirable.
