Our client is one of the top architecture and design firms in the industry. They have several offices throughout the country and their office near Union Square seeks a Construction Administrator to join their team. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience working on large-scale, complex projects. Project experience can vary from Education, Healthcare and Residential.
Candidates must have proven experience with working collaboratively with contractors and building owners. It is important that applicants have a strong understanding of building codes. At minimum, candidates must have completed three projects as a Construction Administrator. Licensed and LEED Accreditation preferred.
- Perform on-site observation and create field reports
- Record meeting minutes
- Prepare construction drawings and sketches
- Review shop drawings
- Create master log of project submittals
- Coordinate with consultants
