To accommodate an expanding number of cultural, institutional, and commercial projects worldwide—including the new performing arts center at Brown University and a mixed-use skyscraper in Perth, Australia—we are seeking exceptional Architects with 8+ years of experience, to join our dynamic and highly-focused team. Individuals will work within a team of talented and motivated colleagues to explore innovative design solutions and challenge preconceptions, while working closely with leadership in our fast-paced and extremely collaborative environment.

•Manage and maintain BIM models on a daily basis
•Setup BIM models in accordance with project procedures and standards
•Oversee project models to ensure data integrity and reliability
•Coordinate architectural and interdisciplinary BIM models for communication and clash-detection
•Provide advanced technical Revit support and training for new users
•Facilitate project team growth with Revit software
•Integrate 3D modeling platforms with BIM technologies
•Research, develop, and evaluate new technologies to support REX’s design process
•Develop 3D project content into 2D drawing sets with excellent graphic quality
•Manage workflows and best practices across applications and project phases

•8+ years proven professional work experience with design development and construction detailing, including participation in preparation of comprehensive and coordinated design development and construction document sets and data
•Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, other architects, consultants, and contractors
•Highly advanced Revit knowledge and capabilities
•Experience in cultural, institutional, and/or commercial projects in the U.S. and internationally
•Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in design teams
•Knowledge of building codes, standards, and ADA requirements
•Excellent facility with AutoCAD and MS Office
•Fluency in spoken and written English
•Excellent references
•An ability to use parametric modeling to automate tasks and create complex families / geometries strongly desired
