Architectural Project Manager

Magid Studio is a design-focused boutique studio with residential, commercial, and residential projects all across the US.

We are seeking a full or part-time project architect/manager to work on a bunch of new and in-progress retail and residential projects. We offer a flexible yet challenging work environment with lots of opportunity for advancement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Exhibit design talent and a strong attention to detail
Balance architectural project management for multiple projects simultaneously
Design with understanding & acknowledgment of zoning ordinances, building codes and accessibility codes
Produce Construction Documents, millwork drawings and furniture details
Establish deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner
Possess an ability to self-manage, as well as participate, in a highly collaborative team environment
Project delivery experience from start of design to end of construction required
Works directly under the Principal Architect for guidance and professional development

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or Design from an accredited university
Minimum 5 years of experience working as an architect/designer
Experience in construction document production and permitting
Thorough working knowledge of Autodesk (AutoCAD), Adobe (Photoshop & Illustrator) and all Microsoft Office platforms
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Professional drive, passion, and self-direction
