Studio MAIStudio MAI, a high profile design studio in Los Angeles Area seeks a motivated interior or architectural designer with 5+ years of full time studio experience.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- A minimum of 5 + years of Interior or Architectural design experience.
- Bachelor degree in Interior design or Architecture.
- Strong conceptual and design skills.
- Proactive and able to meet project timelines and client expectation.
- Excellent organization and communication skill.
- A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working.
- Manage and support design direction for interior projects from concept through CD’s, collaborate with all team members to ensure design intent is carried out and coordinated with all third party consultants and architects.
- Organized, multi-tasker with ability to work in a deadline-based office environment.
- Preparation and coordination of AutoCAD and Revit Construction Documents.
- Preparation of construction details, coordinating with Project Designer for design continuity and constructibility.
- Advance knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino and Revit.
- Bilingual beneficial.
- J1 visa applications are considered.
